Had a weird check sent to me from Amazon, to a foreign country no less - apparantly there was a class action law suit, and the checks are real? Only you can’t actually deposit them to non-US banks. Seemed like 100% scam initially, but after some poking around, it might be real.
Amazon refunds went out from Amazon US and I just have no idea if a foreign Amazon business unit might have had a similar thing. What country was it issued from?
US. But my account was created way back when I was in the US, so maybe it tracks. Still feels a bit Russian Roulette, because for those of us who can’t deposit the check, there’s a log-in/PayPal option and I’m a bit sceptical…/
